• We currently ship across India only.
• International shipping is not available at this time.

2. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.
• Free shipping may be applicable on orders above a certain amount (subject to ongoing promotions).

3. Order Processing & Delivery

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
• Standard delivery takes 4–7 business days, depending on your location.
• Delivery timelines may vary due to public holidays, natural events, or unforeseen circumstances.
• A tracking number will be shared via email or SMS once your order is shipped.

4. Delays & Lost Shipments

• In the event of unexpected delays, we will notify you promptly via email or SMS.
• If your order is lost in transit, please contact us at support@dearma.in within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

5. Order Modifications & Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled or modified within 12 hours of placement.
• After 12 hours, cancellations or address changes are no longer possible.
