Return & Refund Policy
1. Eligibility for Returns
• We accept returns only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
• Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
• To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags intact.
2. Non-Returnable Items
• We do not accept returns for items due to change of mind, size issues, or personal preferences.
• Sale items, customized products, and gift cards are non-returnable.
3. Return Process
• To initiate a return, please email us at support@dearma.in with your order number, reason for return, and supporting photos (if applicable).
• Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for pickup or return shipping.
4. Refunds
• After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Exchange Policy
• At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please place a new order and request a return for the original item (if eligible).
